The Challenge
A marine engineering firm needed a complete drawing package for equipment installations across a series of three offshore support vessels — under a tight class submission deadline.
The Solution
TDM assigned a dedicated team to the project, producing all structural arrangement, foundation, and outfitting drawings in parallel across the three vessels — with weekly deliverable milestones aligned to the class submission schedule.
