The Challenge
A medical equipment manufacturer needed a complete sheet metal enclosure suite for a new range of diagnostic devices — with tight tolerances, complex cutout patterns, and strict revision control requirements.
The Solution
TDM designed all 12 enclosure variants in Autodesk Inventor, applying precise bend allowances for the specified stainless steel grade. All drawings were produced with revision blocks, part numbers, and a controlled drawing register.
The Outcome
All enclosures passed first-article inspection with no modifications required. The revision-controlled drawing package was accepted by the client's quality management system without changes.
