The Challenge
A sheet metal manufacturer was spending 3 days per enclosure variant designing, modeling, and producing drawings across hundreds of variants per year. The process was manual, error-prone, and a bottleneck for sales and production.
The Solution
TDM developed an iLogic configurator that captures enclosure dimensions and features through a simple form, then automatically generates the 3D model, flat patterns, DXF files, and a complete drawing package in under 20 minutes.
The Outcome
