The Challenge
A medical equipment manufacturer needed a complete sheet metal enclosure suite for a new range of diagnostic devices, with tight tolerances, complex cutouts, and strict revision control.
The Solution
TDM designed all 12 enclosure variants in Autodesk Inventor, applying precise bend allowances for the specified stainless steel grade and producing drawings with revision blocks and part numbers.
The Outcome
All enclosures passed first-article inspection with no modifications required. The drawing package was accepted by the client quality management system without changes.
