The Challenge
A steel fabricator in Saudi Arabia won a contract for a 4,000m2 industrial facility but lacked the internal CAD capacity to produce the complete shop drawing package on schedule.
The Solution
TDM acted as the technical office for the project, assigning a dedicated team to produce the 180-sheet shop drawing package to Saudi Aramco standards with weekly delivery milestones.
The Outcome
All 180 sheets were delivered on schedule across 10 weeks. There were zero drawing rejections from the site engineer, and the client retained TDM for ongoing technical office support.
